Isaiah 57:10-12
New English Translation
10 Because of the long distance you must travel, you get tired,[a]
but you do not say, ‘I give up.’[b]
You get renewed energy,[c]
so you don’t collapse.[d]
11 Whom are you worried about?
Whom do you fear, that you would act so deceitfully
and not remember me
or think about me?[e]
Because I have been silent for so long,[f]
you are not afraid of me.[g]
12 I will denounce your so-called righteousness and your deeds,[h]
but they will not help you.
